Assistant F&B Marketing Manager

About the role

The Assistant F&B Marketing Manager will support the F&B Marketing Manager in creating and executing strategic marketing initiatives for all food and beverage outlets at JW Marriott Marquis Dubai. This full‑time position is based on‑site in Business Bay and focuses on driving guest engagement, brand positioning, and revenue growth through integrated campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Develop annual, outlet‑specific marketing plans aligned with revenue and brand objectives.
• Maintain and execute marketing calendars, ensuring timely rollout of promotions and campaigns.
• Manage social media channels, create digital content, and monitor performance metrics.
• Collaborate with culinary, operations, and creative teams to ensure on‑brand storytelling across all touchpoints.
• Coordinate with external agencies and internal stakeholders to deliver high‑impact marketing assets.
• Track campaign analytics, KPI reporting, and ROI measurement.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of marketing experience, preferably in hospitality, luxury, or lifestyle brands.
• Proven track record of planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns.
• Hands‑on experience managing social media accounts and digital content strategies.
• Experience working with agencies, creative teams, and cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality Management or related field.
