Marketing Manager – Luxury Hospitality & Wellness

About the role

The Marketing and Communications Manager will drive the day‑to‑day marketing activities for SIRO One Za’abeel, a pioneering wellness‑focused hotel in Dubai. Reporting to the Cluster Director of Marketing & Communications, you will create integrated campaigns that raise brand awareness, engage the community and boost revenue across rooms, memberships, fitness, recovery and wellbeing experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, PR, content, partnerships, events and CRM.
• Collaborate with hotel operations, commercial teams, Global SIRO, agencies and strategic partners to ensure locally relevant, high‑impact activities.
• Strengthen community engagement and drive commercial performance for all product lines.
• Manage agency relationships, budgets, timelines and campaign reporting.
• Support the wider One Za’abeel cluster when required.

Required profile

• Minimum five years of integrated marketing experience, preferably in luxury or lifestyle hospitality.
• Previous hotel marketing experience with strong knowledge of the Dubai hospitality and lifestyle market.
• Proven track record delivering campaigns across digital, social, PR, content, partnerships and events.
• Strong commercial awareness and experience supporting revenue‑generating activities.
• Excellent written and spoken English, with strong copywriting, presentation and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment and flexibility to support evening and weekend events.
