About the role
We are seeking an experienced and energetic Assistant General Manager or Floor Manager to join the team at Lock, Stock & Barrel Abu Dhabi. The role is hands‑on, focused on delivering a high‑energy, memorable guest experience in a fast‑paced venue.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of a high‑volume bar, restaurant or nightlife venue.
- Lead, motivate and develop a diverse team on the floor.
- Ensure consistent delivery of excellent guest service and experience.
- Manage busy service periods, handle customer issues and maintain operational standards.
- Support commercial objectives, monitor performance metrics and drive revenue.
Required profile
- Proven experience in a busy bar, restaurant, nightlife or entertainment venue.
- Confident leader who can motivate a team and work side‑by‑side on the floor.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and handle busy nights.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic and high energy.
