Assistant Learning Manager

About the role

The Assistant Learning Manager supports the Learning & Development function at Avani Palm View Dubai Hotel & Suites, coordinating training programmes that boost team performance and align with brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver training sessions across departments.
• Assist in designing and implementing onboarding programmes for new hires.
• Maintain accurate training records and reporting.
• Work with department heads to identify skill gaps and create tailored learning solutions.
• Develop and update training materials and presentations.
• Support leadership development initiatives and ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience in Learning & Development or a similar role, preferably in hospitality.
• Proven ability to deliver training sessions and develop learning content.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational and time‑management abilities.
• Ability to collaborate across departments and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
