About the role
The Assistant Manager will support the Commercial Lines Claims Manager in Dubai, overseeing a team of supervisors and claims officers. The role focuses on delivering efficient claims handling services while minimizing costs and protecting the organization’s reputation.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise daily claims operations, ensuring benchmarks for cycle time and service quality are met.
- Manage settlement approvals, reserve establishment, and coordination with loss adjusters and reinsurers.
- Monitor customer satisfaction, address claim queries, and flag suspicious claims for audit.
- Prepare regular management reports on performance and compliance.
Required profile
- 3 to 5 years of experience in commercial lines claims management.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
