Assistant Manager – Communications

About the role

Dubai Holding Community Management is seeking an Assistant Manager – Communications to support its national talent initiatives. The role will drive the creation and delivery of high‑quality communication materials across multiple channels, ensuring alignment with brand standards and strategic messaging.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, draft, and edit leadership messages, website content, social media copy, resident communications, reports, presentations, infopacks, brochures, and campaign assets.
• Support internal communications initiatives, including employee engagement programs, leadership announcements, town‑hall materials, and platform management.
• Lead communication planning for corporate events, launches, community activations, and employee initiatives, producing messaging toolkits, event briefs, and post‑event coverage.
• Maintain brand governance by reviewing and approving all communication outputs to ensure consistency and integrity.
• Manage end‑to‑end development of publications such as the annual report, sustainability report, and infopacks, coordinating with creative, design, and production agencies.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality standards, proactively addressing bottlenecks and reporting progress and risks to senior management.

Required profile

• Proven experience in corporate communications, content creation, and internal communication programs.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple publications and campaigns simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, with a keen eye for brand consistency.
• Experience collaborating with creative and production teams to deliver high‑impact communication assets.
• Ability to manage budgets, timelines, and stakeholder expectations effectively.
