About the role
We are looking for a Marketing Executive to lead the development and execution of the marketing communications strategy for Andaz Dubai The Palm. The role will focus on enhancing the hotel’s brand visibility and driving revenue growth across local, national and international markets.
Key responsibilities
- Develop, implement, monitor and evaluate the overall marketing communications plan.
- Manage advertising, promotions, public relations, digital marketing, graphics and collateral creation.
- Coordinate resources to ensure balanced brand exposure across all markets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.
- Analyse performance metrics and adjust strategies to maximise revenue growth.
Required profile
- University degree or diploma in Communications, Strategic Marketing or Hospitality/Tourism Management.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Marketing Coordinator or similar role.
- Strong problem‑solving, writing, administrative and interpersonal abilities.
