Assistant Manager - Communications

About the role

The Assistant Manager – Communications will support Dubai Holding Community Management in delivering high‑quality internal and external communications across its portfolio of residential and mixed‑use districts in Dubai. You will create compelling content, manage brand consistency, and lead communication projects that enhance resident engagement and employee alignment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, draft and edit leadership messages, website copy, social media posts, resident communications, reports, presentations, brochures and campaign assets, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines.
• Support internal communication initiatives, including employee engagement programmes, town‑hall materials and leadership announcements, and manage internal platforms.
• Lead communication planning for corporate events, community activations and employee initiatives, producing messaging toolkits, event briefs and post‑event coverage.
• Maintain brand governance by reviewing and approving all communication outputs to protect brand integrity.
• Manage end‑to‑end publication projects such as annual and sustainability reports, coordinating with creative, design and production agencies.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets and quality standards, proactively resolving issues and reporting progress and risks to senior management.

Required profile

• Proven experience in corporate or community communications, with a strong portfolio of written content.
• Ability to craft clear, engaging messages for diverse audiences, including residents, employees and senior leaders.
• Demonstrated project management skills, including budget oversight and coordination with external agencies.
• Understanding of brand governance and the importance of consistent messaging across channels.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in delivering communication deliverables on time.
