Assistant Manager – Community Management

About the role

The Assistant Manager – Community Management will support Dubai Holding Community Management in delivering high‑quality services to residential communities and districts across Dubai. Reporting to the Community Manager, the role focuses on resident relations, financial administration, and operational oversight to ensure safe, well‑maintained, and compliant environments.

Key responsibilities

• Represent owners and tenants in meetings, address inquiries and complaints promptly, and educate them on community rules and regulations.
• Investigate and resolve customer issues, escalating complex cases as needed to maintain high satisfaction levels.
• Assist the Community Manager in liaising with local authorities, managing Owners Committee processes, and handling violation management in line with RERA requirements.
• Execute timely collection of service charges, communicate any changes, and support budgeting activities by coordinating with stakeholders and preparing required RERA documentation.
• Conduct regular site inspections to assess asset conditions and service quality across soft services such as pest control, cleaning, waste management, landscaping, and security.
• Monitor third‑party service providers to ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements and uphold living standards.

Required profile

• Experience in community or property management.
• Familiarity with RERA regulations and local authority liaison.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Ability to handle financial processes, including service‑charge collection and budgeting.
