Assistant Manager – Community Management

About the role

Dubai Holding Community Management is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the delivery of premium community services across its portfolio of residential districts in Dubai. The role involves close interaction with owners, tenants, authorities and service providers to ensure smooth operations and high resident satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Represent owners and tenants in meetings, address inquiries and complaints promptly, and educate residents on community rules and regulations.
• Assist the Community Manager in liaising with local authorities, managing Owners Committee activities, and handling violation processes in line with RERA requirements.
• Execute timely collection of service charges, communicate any changes, and support budgeting activities by coordinating with stakeholders and preparing required documentation.
• Conduct regular site inspections to evaluate asset condition and service quality across soft services such as pest control, cleaning, waste management, landscaping and security.
• Monitor third‑party service providers to ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements and maintain high living standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience in community or property management within a residential setting.
• Familiarity with RERA regulations and owners‑committee processes.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with residents, authorities and service providers.
• Ability to manage service‑charge collection, budgeting and documentation requirements.
• Detail‑oriented approach to site inspections and quality assurance.
