Assistant Manager - Engagement and Culture

About the role

The Assistant Manager – Engagement and Culture will drive employee engagement initiatives and support the development of a strong, inclusive culture across SEHA. Reporting to senior HR leadership, the role partners with regional HR teams, external survey providers, and People & Organization functions to embed engagement strategies throughout the employee lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end employee engagement surveys, including coordination with external providers, data analysis, and reporting.
• Lead action‑planning and communication of survey results, providing guidance to regional HR teams.
• Identify critical moments in the employee journey, assess existing tools, and propose improvements to boost engagement and cultural change.
• Support senior management in defining, building, and sustaining SESEHA’s culture and values.
• Collaborate with People & Organization teams to integrate engagement strategies into recruitment, onboarding, performance, and off‑boarding processes.
• Design and deliver employee events, networks, and recognition programs that promote diversity, inclusion, and personal development.
• Review and enhance existing Group and HCF recognition programs, identifying gaps and opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with SEHA policies, regulatory requirements, and confidentiality standards.
• Act as a brand ambassador, promoting customer‑service excellence and fostering positive relationships across departments.

Required profile

• Proven experience in employee engagement, culture development, or related HR functions.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret survey data and translate insights into actionable plans.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively with regional HR teams and cross‑functional partners.
• Commitment to compliance, confidentiality, and SEHA’s ethical standards.
