About the role
Dubai Holding Entertainment is seeking an experienced finance professional to join as an Assistant Manager – Finance Operations. The role serves as a key business partner, overseeing finance operations and supporting strategic decision‑making across its diverse entertainment portfolio, which includes world‑class attractions such as Ain Dubai, Global Village and Dubai Parks and Resorts.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with operational leaders to provide financial insights and support.
- Oversee day‑to‑day finance operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Strengthen financial governance across the business.
- Deliver insightful analysis to support strategic decisions.
- Prepare and present financial reports for senior management.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis.
Required profile
- Proven experience as a finance professional in a large, multi‑business environment.
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
