About the role
The Luxury Collection is seeking an Assistant Manager for Learning & Development and Quality to support its Abu Dhabi property. In this role you will partner with managers to identify staffing and training needs, develop learning programs, and ensure quality and safety standards are met.
Key responsibilities
- Meet with managers and department heads to discuss staffing, recruitment needs and open requisitions.
- Develop learning strategies, design and produce training materials, and conduct stand‑up training sessions for employees.
- Monitor and ensure departments carry out safety training, orientation and quality compliance.
- Assist management with hiring, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, motivating and coaching staff.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of related work experience.
- At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
