Assistant Manager – Marketing

About the role

We are looking for an Assistant Manager to join the Marketing team at Jumeirah Zabeel Saray in Dubai. The role supports the Marketing & Communications Director in planning and executing integrated campaigns across Food & Beverage, Rooms and Lifestyle segments. You will ensure brand consistency and drive performance for the hotel’s marketing initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and implement F&B, Rooms and Lifestyle marketing campaigns and projects both online and offline at hotel level.
• Monitor, guide and enforce Jumeirah’s brand standards (VSG, LSG, PSG) to ensure full compliance.
• Provide day‑to‑day support to the Marketing & Communications Director on all marketing activities.
• Complete assigned tasks within pre‑determined deadlines.
• Manage quotes, coordinate approvals with suppliers and liaise with Supply & Chain Logistics.
• Execute and periodically adjust marketing plans.
• Maintain the CRM system with up‑to‑date information on all campaigns and projects.
• Prepare integrated marketing activity plans and campaigns for all market segments.
• Ensure the hotel website is current and aligns with brand content standards.
• Manage relationships with agencies and suppliers, ensuring they understand and maximise the hotel’s value.
• Involve Public Relations and Communications teams in campaigns where applicable.
• Improve ROI for Rooms, Restaurants & Lifestyle and establish KPI metrics for success.
• Track productivity of each marketing activity using the CRM system.
• Ensure all collaterals and marketing materials adhere to Jumeirah brand standards.
• Provide marketing support to Sales (Corporate, GCC, Leisure, Groups) and PR teams.
• Coordinate photography projects and arrange photo shoots following brand style guidelines.
• Process Marketing Services Request Forms and respond to stakeholders within agreed timelines.
• Drive proactive social media updates.
• Uphold the brand promise of STAY DIFFERENT™.
