Assistant Manager - Project Delivery

About the role

The Assistant Manager – Project Delivery will support senior leadership in coordinating real‑estate development projects, ensuring they meet scope, schedule, budget, quality, HSE and contractual requirements. This role involves close interaction with internal teams, consultants, contractors and authorities to drive timely and compliant project delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor project progress, milestones, procurement schedules, design deliverables and material approvals, flagging any delays or constraints.
• Coordinate actions with internal functions, consultants, contractors, suppliers and authorities to resolve routine interfaces and support timely delivery.
• Maintain project registers, dashboards, risk and issue logs, NCR trackers and other required records.
• Support progress meetings, technical workshops and site inspections, preparing accurate minutes and tracking agreed actions.
• Track payment applications, variations, claims and cost exposure in collaboration with Commercial and Finance teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline.
• 7–10 years of experience in construction or project delivery, preferably on the developer side in the UAE.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary real‑estate projects, including site coordination, progress monitoring and handover activities.
• Project management certification such as PMP is preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 for documentation and reporting.
• Experience using scheduling tools such as Primavera P6.
• Ability to work with project dashboards and electronic document control platforms.
