Assistant Manager – Stewarding

About the role

As an Assistant Manager – Stewarding you will oversee and direct all aspects of the stewarding operation at Atlantis The Royal, ensuring high standards of quality, guest satisfaction, and hygiene.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and direct stewarding personnel on a daily basis.
• Maintain product and service quality, cleanliness, and sanitising standards.
• Control operating costs and manage guest satisfaction metrics.
• Coordinate activities with other departments as required.
• Ensure compliance with Atlantis policies, procedures and the Food & Beverage Manual.

Required profile

• 4‑5 years of experience in a similar stewarding role within an international luxury hotel.
• HSSC (10+2) or a graduate degree in a related field.
• Strong attention to detail, problem‑solving ability and teamwork orientation.
• Ability to work safely in a fast‑paced kitchen environment.
• Business acumen and effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven capability to manage large, multicultural teams.
