Restaurant Manager

About the role

The SLS Dubai Hotel and Residences is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations of its upscale dining venue. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences while maintaining the high service standards expected of a 5‑star luxury property.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service throughout each shift.
• Lead, train and motivate the front‑of‑house team, conducting pre‑shift and post‑shift briefings.
• Monitor sales performance, upselling, average check and overall outlet profitability.
• Support menu development, promotions and activations to drive revenue.
• Manage stock, inventories, wastage and variances to protect margins.
• Coordinate closely with kitchen, bar and F&B management to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Maintain compliance with hotel policies, HACCP, health and safety regulations and brand standards.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or equivalent (College degree in Business, Hospitality or related field preferred).
• 2‑3 years of experience in Food & Beverage operations with senior management responsibility.
• Ability to obtain and maintain any required government licences or permits.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and a proven ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
