Assistant Manager Talent Acquisition

About the role

The Assistant Manager Talent Acquisition will support end‑to‑end recruitment activities, build talent pipelines for senior positions, and drive Emiratization and internal mobility initiatives within a leading government entity.

Key responsibilities

• Support strategic recruitment projects and senior‑level hiring across the organisation.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines to meet current and future workforce requirements.
• Partner with hiring managers and HR teams to deliver efficient, high‑quality recruitment outcomes.
• Contribute to employer branding initiatives, career events, and talent attraction campaigns.
• Monitor recruitment metrics and provide insights to enhance hiring effectiveness, diversity, and Emiratization goals.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3‑6 years of talent acquisition or recruitment experience, preferably within large or complex organisations.
• Strong understanding of UAE Labour Law and recruitment best practices.
• Experience managing recruitment agencies, sourcing strategies, and stakeholder relationships.
• CIPD or SHRM certification is advantageous.
