HR Manager – Lead UAE HR Operations

About the role

Cyber Shield IT Services is looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead its Human Resources function across the UAE. The role involves managing the full employee lifecycle, ensuring compliance with UAE labour regulations, and supporting the company’s growth objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage end‑to‑end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations and performance management.
• Ensure strict compliance with UAE Labour Law, MOHRE procedures, visa, work permits and other government HR regulations.
• Oversee payroll processing, WPS, leave administration, attendance tracking and end‑of‑service benefits.
• Develop, implement and continuously improve HR policies, procedures and systems.
• Provide confidential HR guidance to management and foster positive employee relationships.

Required profile

• Proven hands‑on HR experience within the UAE, currently residing in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law, HR regulations and government procedures (MOHRE, visa, work permits).
• Experience managing the full HR lifecycle, including recruitment, performance management and policy implementation.
• Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
