Assistant Manager, VIP Services

About the role

As an Assistant Manager, VIP Services you will support and lead the daily VIP operations at Atlantis The Royal, ensuring the highest standards of personalised service for our most discerning guests. You will work in a 24/7 environment, creating bespoke experiences that showcase the resort’s world‑class amenities.

Key responsibilities

• Assist and lead day‑to‑day VIP Services operations, maintaining exceptionally high service standards.
• Provide 24/7 personalised experiences for VIP guests, coordinating bespoke activities and access to resort facilities.
• Coach and develop team members, monitor department KPIs and implement performance improvements.
• Support the Head Butler and VIP Services Manager in performance management and disciplinary processes.
• Identify opportunities to enhance service offerings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Diploma, Associate Degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Minimum two years of experience as a Senior Butler or Assistant Head Butler in a 5‑star luxury resort.
• Fluency in at least one of the following languages: Russian, German, Arabic, French, Spanish or Chinese.
• Strong passion for service excellence, training and hospitality operations.
