About the role
The Assistant Marina Manager will help preserve the reputation of the BVLGARI marina as the benchmark in the region. You will monitor competitors, nurture relationships with power‑boat manufacturers, and expand services to meet the evolving needs of the local boating community while upholding the brand’s values.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor regional marina competitors and market trends.
- Maintain and develop relationships with power‑boat manufacturers and key industry partners.
- Oversee daily marina operations, including docking allocations and facility upkeep.
- Supervise marina staff, ensuring high service standards and effective teamwork.
- Handle customer inquiries, coordinate events, and promote marina services.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and prepare operational reports.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant marina or hospitality experience.
- At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
- No specific license or certification required.
