Assistant Marketing Manager (Dubai)

About the role

Kinetic Business Solutions is partnering with a leading hospitality company to hire an Assistant Marketing Manager based in Dubai. The role involves supporting the marketing team in planning, executing and analysing multi‑channel campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns across digital, social media, CRM and in‑store channels.
• Manage campaign timelines, creative approvals and vendor relationships.
• Collaborate with internal teams to roll out local marketing initiatives and promotions.
• Monitor performance, analyse sales and marketing data, and produce actionable reports.
• Ensure all activities comply with brand guidelines and business objectives.
• Liaise with agencies and external partners to deliver high‑quality campaigns.
• Support multiple marketing projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field.
• 3–5 years of marketing experience, including at least 2 years in the UAE market.
• Experience in F&B, restaurant, QSR, casual dining, retail or FMCG is preferred.
• Strong project coordination and organisational abilities.
• Valid UAE driving licence and own vehicle.
• Ability to start immediately or within 30 days; Arabic language is a plus.
