Assistant Nanny – Abu Dhabi (UAE)

About the role

The Assistant Nanny will support the primary caregiver in delivering attentive, nurturing care for children aged 7‑18 years. This role involves assisting with daily routines, educational and recreational activities, and ensuring a safe, supportive environment for the children’s growth.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the lead nanny with morning and evening routines, including meals, dressing, and bedtime.
• Organise and supervise educational, recreational, and cultural activities.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment and adhere to sanitation and food‑safety standards.
• Support light household tasks directly related to the children’s care.
• Monitor children’s wellbeing and promptly report any concerns.
• Travel with the family as required.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in childcare, preferably with VVIP families.
• Advanced Childcare Certificate or equivalent.
• Current First Aid certification.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and handle high‑pressure situations.
