Assistant Outlet Manager

About the role

We are seeking an ambitious and dynamic Assistant Outlet Manager to support the Outlet Manager in delivering top‑quality food and beverage service at Beach Rotana Abu Dhabi. You will help drive guest satisfaction and departmental profitability while fostering a collaborative team environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare employee schedules based on forecasts and manning guides to ensure adequate staffing.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper upkeep of all outlet areas.
• Assist in planning promotions, beverage purchases, and pricing under the Outlet Manager’s supervision.
• Ensure sanitary conditions comply with health codes and hotel standards.
• Supervise daily operations according to hotel and outlet standards.
• Identify training needs, propose programs, and continuously train staff to achieve high professionalism.
• Handle equipment responsibly to minimize breakages and losses.

Required profile

• Degree in hospitality or related field (preferred).
• Previous experience in food & beverage operations.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Basic supervisory/management development training certifications.
• Outgoing, friendly attitude with strong teamwork skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Micros POS system.
• Experience using POS systems.
• Competent with Windows operating system.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
