Assistant Relationship Manager – Business Credit

Key responsibilities

• Support the Corporate Banking Coverage team with day‑to‑day client servicing and operational activities.
• Assist with corporate account opening, profile maintenance, transfers, fixed‑deposit placements, and other client requests.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by responding to client enquiries and ensuring timely resolution of requests.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient processing of client transactions.
• Support relationship managers in managing customer portfolios and maintaining accurate client records.
• Promote digital banking solutions and support clients in adopting online banking services.
• Assist in preparing management reports, presentations, and portfolio‑related information.
• Ensure compliance with the Bank's policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• UAE National (Family Book required).
• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Interest in Corporate Banking, Relationship Management, and Financial Services.
• Previous banking, customer service, or client‑facing experience would be advantageous.
