About the role

The Assistant Relationship Manager will support the Relationship Management and Business Development teams by maintaining and nurturing existing and prospective client relationships, delivering personalized and standardized service, and ensuring high operational quality across the assigned portfolio.

Key responsibilities

Maintain and nurture existing and prospective client relationships with personalized service.
Manage overall service and operational quality across the assigned portfolio.
Assist teams in achieving financial objectives, including limits, utilization, and fee realization.
Monitor portfolio routing conditions such as turnover/POS and ensure timely covenant fulfillment per credit approval process.
