About the role
Organic Pizza is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the Food & Beverage Department in delivering exceptional service across multiple outlets, including all‑day dining, mini‑bar, room service, lobby lounge and meeting rooms.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee daily service operations in all designated outlets, ensuring consistent quality and guest satisfaction.
- Monitor and update service standards, addressing any gaps promptly.
- Report regularly to the F&B Department Head on performance metrics and operational issues.
- Collaborate with the team to promote hotel facilities and drive sales and revenue.
- Assist in staff scheduling, training, and performance management.
Required profile
- Previous experience in a hotel or similar Food & Beverage environment.
- Strong knowledge of restaurant operations and service standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain high service standards.
