About the role

The Recreation Ambassador will deliver exceptional guest experiences within the General Recreation area, embodying a genuine service personality and high emotional intelligence. This role supports the brand’s promise of gracious hospitality and memorable lifestyle experiences.

Key responsibilities

Ensure all operational tasks are conducted in line with service standards and procedures.
Go the extra mile to anticipate guest needs and prevent complaints.
Proactively communicate with fellow ambassadors, keeping guests’ interests at heart.

Required profile

Minimum 2 years experience in a 5‑star hospitality environment.
At least 2 years supervisory experience for roles managing teams.
Strong spoken English; additional language is a plus.
High school diploma required; degree in Hotel Management preferred.
