Assistant Restaurant Manager

About the role

We are looking for an Assistant Restaurant Manager to join Boga Superfoods in Dubai. In this full‑time, on‑site position you will support daily operations, lead a team and ensure an exceptional healthy dining experience.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing day‑to‑day operations.
• Supervise, train and schedule restaurant staff.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene and customer service.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Monitor inventory, control costs and support financial reporting.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Required profile

• Minimum five years of restaurant experience, including at least one year in a managerial or supervisory role.
• Experience in QSR/Fast‑Casual environments is strongly preferred.
• Strong communication skills and a customer‑service mindset.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced team.
• Attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
