Assistant Restaurant Manager – Prime68

About the role

Assist in managing the Prime68 restaurant at JW Marriott Marquis Dubai, ensuring seamless service, guest satisfaction, and effective team coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing duties, inventory control, and FIFO storage management.
• Monitor guest areas for seating availability, safety, and service quality, addressing any issues promptly.
• Support hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, and coaching staff while upholding the Fair Treatment/Open Door policy.
• Maintain uniform standards, enforce safety procedures, and report incidents or hazards to management.
• Conduct regular inspections of equipment, storage, and work areas, and complete maintenance work orders.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant restaurant or hospitality experience.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
