About the role
PMKConsult is seeking an Assistant Retail Delivery Manager to support the planning and execution of retail projects across its Dubai portfolio. The role involves coordinating with tenants, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Supports retail project planning and delivery.
- Coordinates tenants, contractors and stakeholders.
- Assists with site inspections, design reviews and submissions.
- Tracks programmes, deliverables and approvals.
- Supports HSE, authority approvals and site compliance.
- Assists with testing & commissioning, snagging and project close‑out.
- Maintains project documentation, trackers and reporting.
- Supports meetings, client coordination and issue escalation.
Required profile
- 1–3 years’ relevant experience.
- Based in Dubai.
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Design, Project Management, or a related field.
- Strong communication, coordination, and time‑management skills.
- 1 month notice period.
