Assistant Store Manager – Dubai

About the role

The Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in delivering an exceptional retail experience for customers in Dubai. This role blends operational oversight, sales leadership, visual merchandising and people development to drive store performance.

Key responsibilities

• Execute opening and closing procedures, ensuring smooth store operations.
• Supervise the sales floor and stockroom, maintaining high standards of customer service.
• Manage staffing, scheduling and payroll processes.
• Train, coach and develop non‑management team members.
• Maintain product knowledge, promote brand awareness and drive sales targets.
• Create and refresh visual displays and floor sets.
• Analyse sales reports to inform business decisions.
• Control inventory, protect assets and perform regular stock counts.
• Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system and handle cash transactions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or at least one year of supervisory experience in a customer‑facing role.
• Strong problem‑solving ability and comfort in a fast‑paced environment.
