About the role
The Assistant Store Manager supports overall store operations and ensures a seamless customer experience. Working closely with the Store Manager, this role helps drive sales, manage staff, and maintain high standards of visual merchandising and security.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the team in delivering exceptional customer service and achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, KPIs, and promotional initiatives.
- Oversee inventory control, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising to align with brand standards.
- Manage staff schedules, address concerns, provide performance feedback, and enforce company dress code.
- Ensure security procedures are followed, safeguarding stock and cash.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of progressive experience in a customer‑centric retail role with management responsibilities.
- Proven track record of meeting or surpassing sales KPIs and enhancing customer engagement.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred.
