Assistant Talent Acquisition Manager – Ultra‑Luxury Hotel

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Assistant Talent Acquisition Manager to lead end‑to‑end recruitment for a 5‑star ultra‑luxury hotel in Dubai. You will own the full hiring cycle, from requisition to offer, ensuring the hotel attracts top‑tier talent across operational and managerial levels.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for all vacancies, from approved requisition to candidate offer.
• Partner with department heads and hiring managers to define job profiles, manpower needs and recruitment priorities.
• Post vacancies on ATS, job portals, LinkedIn and other relevant channels.
• Source candidates through direct outreach, talent pools, referrals, agencies, social media and university partnerships.
• Conduct HR interviews, competency‑based assessments and coordinate interview panels with senior stakeholders.
• Handle offer negotiations, documentation and onboarding formalities.
• Support career fairs, university recruitment drives and other talent‑acquisition initiatives.
• Maintain relationships with recruitment agencies, hospitality schools and external partners.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance candidate experience.

Required profile

• 4–6 years of talent acquisition experience, preferably in ultra‑luxury hospitality.
• Proven track record of independently managing full‑cycle recruitment and onboarding.
• Experience recruiting for both operational and supervisory/management roles.
• Strong stakeholder management and negotiation abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail.
