Assistant Vice President – Bancassurance Sales

About the role

The Assistant Vice President – Bancassurance Sales will drive core product sales and cross‑selling of additional banking products within an assigned territory. The role focuses on building strong customer relationships, leading a sales team, and ensuring compliance with credit and policy standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a sales team to achieve and exceed monthly sales targets while adhering to FAB WAY culture.
• Develop and implement new business strategies, identify cross‑selling opportunities, and increase the bank’s visibility in the financial market.
• Maintain effective relationships with internal departments, branches, and employee banking relationship managers.
• Oversee daily activities through digital platforms such as Microsoft Tasks, CRM, and other transformation tools.
• Ensure accurate documentation, error‑free applications, and timely follow‑up on deferrals.
• Provide regular MIS reports on performance, sales updates, and customer feedback to senior management.
• Monitor compliance with fraud, credit risk, and policy guidelines while proposing new product listings.
• Participate in promotional activities, road shows, and showroom events to achieve budgeted sales volumes.

Required profile

• University degree or equivalent qualification.
• 3‑5 years of experience selling banking or financial products.
• Strong leadership and team‑management capabilities.
• Excellent customer service and relationship‑building skills.
• Good knowledge of retail banking products and market competition.
