Associate Business Development

About the role

Guidepoint is seeking an Associate Business Development to support its Dubai office in building a strong pipeline of prospects across multiple sectors. The role involves outreach, relationship building and supporting senior BD managers to drive growth.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct targeted outreach via calls and emails to activate new clients.
• Build and nurture relationships between prospective clients and senior BD managers, scheduling meetings to advance opportunities.
• Partner with senior BD team members to create compelling content and materials that clearly communicate Guidepoint’s value proposition.
• Develop deep company and market knowledge to effectively articulate Guidepoint’s value to clients.
• Research target industries, sub‑sectors, and companies to identify challenges and information needs.
• Monitor and analyze the competitive landscape to inform sales strategies.
• Share actionable client and prospect feedback with leadership to refine outreach.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree with a strong academic record.
• 1‑2 years of experience in Sales or Business Development in the Middle East.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken); Arabic proficiency is a plus.
• Resilient and comfortable making cold calls and engaging stakeholders at all levels.
• Collaborative team player with a proactive mindset.
