Senior Business Development Manager

About the role

Bayut & dubizzle is looking for a Senior Business Development Manager to drive high‑value new business across the UAE real‑estate market. You will use a consultative, data‑driven approach to identify, develop and close complex opportunities with senior decision‑makers.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop high‑value opportunities through networking, market intelligence and targeted prospecting.
• Own the full sales cycle from discovery to contract negotiation and hand‑over.
• Build relationships with CEOs, Managing Directors and other senior stakeholders in real‑estate organisations.
• Use website analytics, audience data and market insights to create evidence‑based business cases.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent commercial experience.
• Minimum 5 years of B2B sales or business development experience in real‑estate, prop‑tech, digital advertising or SaaS.
• Proven track record of managing multi‑stakeholder, long‑cycle opportunities.
• Valid UAE driving licence.

Required skills

• Website analytics and digital advertising knowledge.
• Strong data analysis and interpretation abilities.
• Experience with CRM systems for pipeline and forecasting.
