Associate – Client Service (Dubai)

About the role

Guidepoint’s Client Service team links clients with subject‑matter experts to help them make informed business decisions. As an Associate you will act as the bridge between client research requests and the expert network, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of insights.

Key responsibilities

• Understand each client’s specific business question and research needs.
• Identify, recruit and qualify experts from Guidepoint’s network of over 1.6 million advisors.
• Match the most suitable experts to client requests, often within hours.
• Maintain and update expert profiles to ensure relevance and quality.
• Collaborate with internal teams to streamline the request‑to‑delivery workflow.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a client‑facing or research role.
• Intermediate career level (mid‑level professional).
• Legal right to work in the United Arab Emirates.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
