Associate Credit Administration – Documentation & Risk Management

About the role

The Associate Credit Administration role supports the Corporate Credit Documentation unit by managing the end‑to‑end process for borrowing documents, collateral creation, and risk‑related record keeping. The position ensures compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements while maintaining accurate physical and digital filing systems.

Key responsibilities

• Physically lodge borrowing and related documents in the vault under dual‑custody and manage dual‑control procedures.
• Represent the bank with regulators for collateral creation and release for borrowing exposures.
• Distribute credit approvals promptly and accurately.
• Review documentation lodgment sheets and verify receipt of all required documents.
• Authenticate and sign‑off documentation, then file it digitally and physically in customer folders.
• Maintain a digital register of received documents, track expiries, deferrals, and resolve discrepancies.
• Obtain all necessary approvals before releasing borrowing documents.
• Update systems and records when documents are released from the vault.
• Generate management information reports and keep RCSA up to date.
• Address audit actions timely and maintain a satisfactory audit rating.
• Support special projects, system testing, and implementation of digitisation and AI initiatives.
