About the role
Take the first step towards your career through the UAE's first flexible, paid insurance exploration programme. Designed for ambitious Emirati talent, the SINYAR Explorer Programme combines structured learning with practical workplace experience to build skills, confidence and a professional network. The six‑month part‑time programme runs Monday to Friday, four hours per day, with two shift options, and is based at the Orient Insurance Building in Dubai Festival City.
Key responsibilities
- Participate in a paid, part‑time programme (4 hours per day, Monday‑Friday)
- Receive industry‑led technical training in insurance
- Develop professional and workplace skills
- Rotate across cross‑functional business areas for exposure
- Receive mentorship from experienced professionals
- Be considered for a full‑time role upon successful completion
Required profile
- UAE national
- High school graduate (not currently enrolled in university), diploma student, university student, or fresh graduate (not currently employed)
