Associate Director – Financial Reporting

About the role

Dubai Holding Group Services is seeking an Associate Director to lead its Financial Reporting function. You will be responsible for overseeing the complete Record‑to‑Report cycle, ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial statements while supporting the Group’s strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly and annual close processes.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, IFRS/GAAP standards and internal policies.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance reporting efficiency and data quality.
• Collaborate with finance, procurement and human capital teams to provide insights for decision‑making.
• Lead financial governance activities and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.

Required profile

• Proven experience in financial reporting and record‑to‑report processes.
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and accounting standards.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross‑functional teams and manage complex projects.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
