Associate Director - Investor Relations And Distribution

About the role

The Associate Director – Investor Relations & Distribution will support the Head of Investor Relations and Distribution in promoting ADIB Capital’s products and services. The role focuses on building and maintaining relationships with high‑net‑worth clients and family offices across the GCC.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate fund‑raising efforts for all ADIB Capital funds together with Private Banking and Priority Banking.
• Assist the Head of IR & Distribution in creating and executing marketing plans and road‑show activities for new funds or products.
• Deliver training sessions on funds to Relationship Managers in Priority and Private Banking.
• Manage placement of ADIB Capital funds on distribution platforms of UAE and GCC banks.
• Lead fund‑raising initiatives targeting family offices and high‑net‑worth individuals in Saudi Arabia, UAE, Kuwait and Qatar.
• Oversee the development of marketing materials for fund promotion.

Required profile

• 8‑10 years of experience selling funds and structured products.
• Strong technical understanding of various asset classes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Established relationships with family offices in the UAE, Saudi Arabia and other GCC countries.

Required skills

• Fund‑raising and sales of investment funds.
• Knowledge of structured products and diverse asset classes.
