About the role

Mace is delivering a large‑scale, next‑generation digital infrastructure programme in Abu Dhabi, working with a leading data‑centre developer. The role combines construction expertise with consultancy to ensure complex design coordination, fast‑paced delivery and rigorous governance in a mission‑critical environment. You will apply global best practice in programme, project and commercial management to shape resilient, future‑ready infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Advises on complex project requirements, providing clear analysis and recommending corrective actions.
• Leads planning and scheduling delivery for medium‑ to high‑complexity projects and programmes.
• Oversees planning, scheduling, Earned Value Management and broader project controls to drive performance.
• Communicates confidently with clients, project teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity.
• Develops robust plans and interprets trends using numerical and statistical techniques for decision‑making.

Required profile

• Degree or equivalent experience in construction, programme, project or commercial management.
• Working towards chartered status with a recognised professional body.
• Expert knowledge of schedule management tools and software.
• Experience in project controls and planning, preferably with client‑side exposure.
• Solid understanding of the full development lifecycle.
• Experience working in the United Arab Emirates (essential for client approval).
