Associate Engineer, Pipeline

About the role

The Associate Engineer, Pipeline will work under direct supervision to evaluate, select and apply standard engineering techniques and procedures. The role involves making minor adaptations and modifications as needed and supporting the design of larger, more complex pipeline assignments. Graduates with an engineering degree will contribute to projects that indirectly affect cost containment, efficiency, profitability and overall operations. The position is based in Abu Dhabi and supports KBR’s pipeline projects across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Independently evaluate, select and apply standard engineering techniques, procedures and criteria.
• Assist in the design of larger and more complex pipeline projects, following established precedents.
• Perform investigations, surveys and data collection to develop conventional plans and reports.
• Support activities that impact operational efficiency and cost containment.

Required profile

• Undergraduate degree in Engineering.
• Ability to work under direct supervision and adapt standard methods to project needs.
• Demonstrated engineering judgment for minor adaptations and modifications.
