About the role

Oliver Wyman is seeking an Associate to join its Middle East Government and Public Institutions – Defense and Security team, based in Dubai (with coverage for Riyadh). The role focuses on delivering strategic consulting services to ministries and agencies operating in the defence and security sector.

Key responsibilities

• Lead analysis and development of strategic recommendations for government clients.
• Collaborate with senior consultants to design and implement transformation programmes.
• Utilise data‑driven analytics to identify growth and efficiency opportunities.
• Support client engagements from problem definition through to implementation.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in strategy consulting or related advisory roles.
• Demonstrated expertise in government, defence or security projects.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate insights into actionable plans.
