Associate Manager – Strategy (UAE National)

About the role

The Strategy, Corporate Development & Capital Markets team at Emirates Global Aluminium is seeking an Associate Manager to support the Executive Committee and Board on strategic initiatives. This role will drive analysis, develop financial models, and help execute EGA’s long‑term strategy across its local and international assets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and support work‑streams that shape EGA’s strategic priorities and annual planning.
• Analyse and syndicate new investment opportunities across the value chain on a global basis.
• Develop and maintain financial models for project assessment, valuation and performance improvement.
• Design and implement OPEX/CAPEX reduction initiatives and revenue‑enhancing projects with measurable impact.
• Prepare and present findings and recommendations to the Executive Committee.
• Mentor and coach junior associates within the team.

Required profile

• University degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or a related field.
• Relevant experience in strategy, corporate development, investment analysis or capital markets.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into clear business recommendations.
• UAE national eligibility.
