Associate Operations – Partner Shop Support

About the role

As an Associate Operations you will help improve the performance of partner shops across Instashop’s network. You will work closely with Operations and Quality Assurance teams to deliver training, optimise processes and ensure a seamless shop launch experience.

Key responsibilities

• Identify operational gaps and inefficiencies, propose and implement process improvements.
• Prioritise high‑impact improvement areas to boost overall company performance.
• Manage the end‑to‑end shop launch process, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
• Assess training needs of partner shops and create weekly/monthly training schedules.
• Deliver training on company policies, operating procedures and customer‑service standards.
• Monitor post‑training performance, report findings and recommendations to the Head of Operations.
• Research and recommend new tools or technology solutions that enhance operational workflows.
• Ensure all technical equipment used in partner shops (e.g., tablets, desktops) is functional.

Required profile

• Excellent presentation, public speaking and communication skills.
• Strong organisational, planning and problem‑solving abilities.
• Commercial awareness and familiarity with technology‑driven environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
