About the role

Adroot Digital Marketing is expanding its sales team in Dubai and seeks motivated Sales Executives to promote its digital marketing and web development services. Both experienced candidates and fresh graduates with strong communication skills are welcome.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new leads through calls, field visits, networking and social media.
• Meet potential clients, present company services and understand their requirements.
• Suggest suitable digital marketing and web development solutions.
• Follow up with prospects and close sales deals.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain client relationships.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.

Required profile

• Minimum High School or Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident, self‑motivated and target‑oriented.
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing services is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
