Associate Relationship Manager – International Corporate Banking

About the role

The Corporate, Wealth & Investment Banking Group at ADCB is seeking an ambitious Associate Relationship Manager to support international corporate banking activities in the UAE. You will work with a multinational team to acquire new clients, manage portfolios and ensure high‑quality service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in new client acquisition by sourcing and analysing financial data to prepare accurate credit applications and deliver a seamless onboarding experience.
• Support portfolio management by identifying new products and channels that meet client needs, increasing transaction volumes and growing the assigned portfolio.
• Maintain comprehensive client dossiers to provide a 360‑degree view of requirements.
• Participate in client visits to gather data on individual risk profiles.
• Follow organisational policies, processes and SOPs to ensure consistent, high‑standard service.
• Apply ADCB Service Standards in all internal and external interactions.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience managing client relationships and portfolios.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting or Finance.
• Strong ability to analyse balance sheets.
• Proficiency in interpreting key financial ratios.
