About the role
Our client is looking for a Russian‑speaking Associate Sales Manager to join their Dubai team. The role supports the management of sales activities across the CIS region, West Africa and North Africa, implementing strategies that drive revenue growth and market expansion.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute effective sales and promotional strategies for diverse regional markets.
- Prepare sales forecasts and monitor performance against targets.
- Analyse competitor information and conduct benchmarking to maintain a strong market position.
- Collaborate with regional teams to identify opportunities and guide product and marketing decisions.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, Management or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 3‑5 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in consumer electronics.
- Strong leadership and team‑management abilities.
- Excellent English communication skills and fluency in Russian.
- Deep understanding of marketing principles, market research and analysis.
